Daniel
Lyle Flohr was born on June 8, 1967 in Tacoma, Washington to Charles
Floyd and Sandra Sue Palm Flohr. He left this world on May 4, 2020 from
Bentonville, Arkansas.
Dan lived in various places growing up, Newport, WA, North Port, WA, Sandpoint, IA, Coue d’Alene. ID.
Eventually he made his way to Shreveport, LA around 1999, where eventually he met Stephanie McChesney. Dan and Stephanie married June 8, 2002, living in LA and Arkansas.
As a young man, Daniel was a carpenter and at times a mechanic. Once moving to LA, he worked on Barksdale Air Force Base. Moving to Arkansas he worked again in carpentry and eventually changed career paths. He worked for Envoy Air, subsidiary of American Airlines where he began as an agent and then a lead.
At the age of 19, Daniel accepted Jesus Christ as his Saviour, over the years he would drift in and out of church. He loved the Lord, he loved his family. He enjoyed disc golf, working on the farm with his in-laws, loved to travel and go on adventures.
Daniel is preceded in death by his father, Charles Flohr, his mother Sandra Cunnington and step father, Arlo Cunnington, Father in Law, Leadon McChesney and Brother in Law, Robert Pirsch
He is survived by his loving wife, Stephanie of the home, 3 sons, Joey & Jason of Spokane, WA, Matthew of Enumclaw, WA. 2 Daughters, Heather of Newman Lake, WA and Vanessa of Walhalla, South Carolina, 1 step son, Justin of Colcord, OK and 1 stepdaughter Danielle of Fayetteville, AR. Altogether there are 15 grandchildren.
His siblings and spouses include: Amanda and Andy of Alabama, Sabrina and Frank, Chip and Kim, and Katie and Nick all of Washington. As families were blended between Sandy and Arlo, additional siblings were added Tina of Washington, Crystal and Brad of Montana, Bill and Cheryl of Montana and Fawn and Ben of Washington. As families were blended between Charles and Karen, additional siblings was added: Luann and Todd of Washington, Lynne and Mark of California, Leigh and Kirk, Lizabeth and Bobby of Washington, Dennis and Kelly of Arizona and 3 added by design of adoption: Rubi, Mia and Jonathan of Mexico, where Karen now resides
His mother in law, Fannie McChesney of Oklahoma, his sister in law Stacey Pirsch of Oklahoma and brother and sister in law, Alfred and Lela McChesney of Arkansas. As well as numerous nephews, nieces’ friends and loved ones.
The service will be limited to 10 immediate family members, however, those wishing to pay respects may assemble in your vehicles.
