William
Casper Denwalt Jr was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on March 28,
1949, to William Casper and Dorothy Mary (Walker) Denwalt. He passed
away peacefully at his home in Park Hill, Oklahoma on May 1, 2019, at
the age of 70 years 1 month and 3 days.
William was a graduate of Kansas High School.
He worked as a school bus driver while furthering his education at Northeastern State University.
On December 18, 1970 he and Cathy were married at the Crescent Valley Church.
William held several jobs during his lifetime, including a drafting engineer at auto crane in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a real estate agent, and in the communication industry installing fiber optic lines.
He would eventually open B & J’s Restaurant in 1996 and operated it until his retirement in 2012.
William had many hobbies, building being one. He built an airplane, air boat, and a high deer stand to name just a few of the projects he completed. He also enjoyed goat farming.
Above all the hobbies that he enjoyed, nothing gave him more pleasure than spending time with his children and grandchildren.
William was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Glen Alan Denwalt.
He leaves behind is his wife of 48 years, Cathy of the home; daughters, Lynn Wilson and Clint of Claremore, Oklahoma, and Lisa Davis and Delbert of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Taylor Davis, Quinton Vaughn, Riley Davis, Brandon Davis, and Chandler Wilson; and a great grandchild due in August; brother, Dale Denwalt of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; sister, Gloria Orman of Westville, Oklahoma; as well as many extended family members and friends.
