Nov 19, 1942 - Jan 26, 2021Charles Farrell Hawkins 78 years old of Tahlequah, Ok passed away on January 26,2021.
He is survived by his soulmate Theresa Hawkins of Tahlequah. Ok his daughter Linda Hawkins of Tahlequah, Dana (Greg)Dobson of Hulbert, Hulbert and one son Scott Mendenhall (Faith)of Moody, Ok. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, Chase, Raquel, Carly, Teddy and Barrett and 4 great grandchildren and a very special sister Maxine Holt of Ardmore,Ok and a very special buddy named (Boomer) of the home. There will be no service planned!
