Timothy Wayne Champlain was born on September 23rd, 1960 in Tulsa, OK, the son of Lillian Beatrice Champlain-Chase. He attended school and graduated from Daniel Webster High School in Tulsa, OK and later obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Oceanology from the University Of Central Florida. He was especially fond of robotics in exploring the oceans depths. Tim loved people and enjoyed life to its fullest. He never met a stranger but was ready to share a good joke or laugh with anyone he chanced to meet. He was a free spirit, never caring what society thought of him or his actions. He loved to pick on his family and friends, pulling pranks, or just saying something to get a rise out of them. He liked to watch TV, especially the Sci-Fi Channel and the History Channel. A big plate of biscuits and gravy brought out a smile and if there was a garage sale in the area, Tim was there, scouting out a bargain. He liked to gamble at the casino, and was a member of the Order of the Moose in Florida. He loved his family and was content to be in their presence, sharing a cup of coffee and a little cheerful banter. He passed from this life on September 24, 2020 in Tahlequah, OK, at the age of 60 years and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents William and Vivian Champlain, his aunts, Leatrice Boyce and her husband Earnest, and Virginia Tribble and husband Howard, and his uncles, Ronald Champlain, Robert Champlain and wife Shirley, Thomas Champlain and wife Eloise, Dale Champlain, James Champlain and wife Margaret, and Bill Champlain Jr. and wife Janie.

Those left to remember Tim include his mother, Lillian Beatrice Champlain –Chase of the home in Park Hill, OK, two aunts, Juana York and husband Charlie of Tahlequah, OK, and Mary Champlain, a very special niece, Brittney Daugherty and companion Bryan Larch of Park Hill, OK, very special friends, Dale and Judy Smelzer of Orlando, FL as well as many cousins, friends, and a host of loved ones too numerous to mention.
